I wanted to share my experience because I believe communication and patient care are just as important as qualifications. Dr. Seigel has an impressive list of achievements and experience. However, my experience with him was not positive. During the vaginal ultrasound, I felt uncomfortable because my cover was opened completely, and I was not given much privacy. Customer service from the doctor assistance while taking vitals, explaining or giving some directions to follow before the doctor begins the examination and the service Dr. Seigel provided. He was professional, caring for the patient and taking the time to explain and making sure what was and how to treat the problem to get better results.
