Yes. Place? Is horrible they do not care about their patients within 5 weeks? I went from a normal person to an invalid and all they could do was say. Look sorry whoops sorry I would not recommend them to anybody

Blackmails you if you want an appointment within 2 weeks. Charges you additional $900.00 for the year or pay nothing and you get an appointment in 3-5 months. Very unethical and may be fraudulent

I see Lauren Bledsoe and she is outstanding. However, the office staff and customer service is not good. It is often difficult to talk to a human and when you do they are not responsive. I called six times over two months to have someone order me a test kit which was necessary for my kidney condition. I would leave messages and the calls were not returned. Without much persistence on my part, I would not have obtained the necessary tests for my diagnosis.

Dr Russo and Lauren are wonderful! HOWEVER, the staff needs some serious discipline. I have left 4 phone calls over 1 1/2 weeks trying to get a change in my prescription and still do not have it. This is so frustrating, if there was another practice to go to I certainly would. Sad that some people don’t take more pride in providing good service
