Called him out to check out and repair a roof leak, charged me $400, and it turns out all he did was put down some tar over the issue. He didn’t explain to me before hand what he was planning to do, other than “fix it”. (Which was being caused by a screws from a metal base from an old antenna fixture). Probably would’ve been fine if this worked, even though it looked wrong.
