Took a $4000 deposit and dipped without fixing a damn thing.
Upon calling around with the details of the job performed, the pricing was much higher than most. The reasoning provided was what other companies like Red Line include with the initial quote. Access was easy, and was only here for just over an hour. Mark was a nice guy, don't get me wrong, but I found the job to be rushed and the lack of care of my home was concerning. I wont go into specific details, however, just make sure you get a proper quote ahead of time. That lesson was learned here.
