My experience with Pahlisch has been beyond sub par. We had a home built in the Butternut Creek Community in Hillsboro to move in Jan. 2020. We chose Pahlisch because of their reputation in the ‘90’s. The issues just keep coming! We need to restrain the fence (but they applied a 2 year stain, why would you choose the lowest level stain?), the entire development is having corrosion/rust with their water heaters (creating a $227 repair) that the builder says, “Sorry, built to code.” EVERY SINGLE HOME REQUIRES THIS REPAIR, AND ... read more
Complete disappointment! In hopes what happened to us doesn’t happen to anyone else. We have built with Pahlisch before and my parents built a select home a couple years ago and this by far was the WORST experience with this company that we have had. We had recently signed contract at the end of January for a home to be built in Prineville.
