We order Marks regularly when we need a quick dinner. Have always been quick and easy. Tonight we received a wing box that was 9/10 the kind of wing I do not particularly like. Being very pregnant and ordering wings for my dinner, I overreacted and was really disappointed. When I called Marks and told them they what happened that dropped off a dozen of the kind of wings I wanted in less than 15 minutes and were so nice and polite despite what was probably a ridiculous complaint. Thank you Marks!

Ordered Marks today first time ever. It was pretty bad. Pizza was burnt . Ordered a Julianne salad. Hardly no meat, croutons were soggy and 95% of the salad was lettuce. There literally was nothing hardly in it and for $10 you would think there would be more than mostly lettuce Chicken wings were cold. Spent $37 and it was a waste of money. Not good at all.

Ordered 2/14 @10am and asked for a heart shaped with "I love you" written on the inside lid for delivery to my boyfriend's work which is near by. They did everything I asked and it was delivered around 1130 like I asked. Thank you!

I love marks pizzeria ... they forgot my fried dough n fixed it right away for me :) .. my kids are enjoying there dessert now ;)
Wish I could post a video of the order I received just now. Got a buffalo chicken wing pizza and the chicken was so over cooked they're was no longer even chicken left, just burnt coating. I called to inform them how I felt, and told them I want a new pizza and order because by the time you bring the new pizza all my other food that I ordered will be cold. If I wanted pizza THEN wings, wouldn't I have made two different orders? Last time I checked when people order multiple things to eat, they eat them together. So of course... read more
