My wife was sent by her employer to see this doctor for a work related injury. It was an elbow injury, the doctor felt around the elbow and decided to give her a shot. She is diabetic and the shot he gave is generally not used on diabetics. Needless to say she came home and was crying, couldn't lift arm to eat supper.
