From the start Dr. Costello and staff was outstanding, Dr Costello listened and ask questions to remedy my issues. Check in and check out was a breeze, ladies up front were very kind and attentive
Dr. Costello is a wonderful doctor. He's very easy to talk to, does an amazing job at explaining, and answers all of your questions. He never rushes you through your appointment.
I will never be attending his office again. I refuse to pay for 2 blood tests, when I should have only had to pay for one. As a patient, I will not let an office take advantage of me as a patient when it was their mistake.
Dr. Costello and his team made sure that my concerns were a priority and were always clear in communication. He and his surgery scheduler Morgan are very professional and amicable. Their detailed and thorough work made me feel like I was heard and that they were always available to me. Dr. Costello made sure to give unbiased diagnoses and share his ENT knowledge through conversation instead of just telling me.
