Mr. Cochran represented me in my last divorce. My Ex gutted the house as she left while I was at work. After a three year marriage, she took things that I’d owned for several years beyond our marriage date. By the time Mark Cochran was done crushing her lie riddled testimony in court, the judge was threatening her with warrants for her arrest for not abiding by her side of our court mandated mediated agreement. After witnessing that remarkable display of talent, I’ll never consider using another attorney.
This Attorney is so good that he got me sole custody even after telling me it would be near impossible. He's a beast in the courtroom so much so it's very entertaining to watch him make short work of the opposition. He will Not pander to you, make false promises. He's realistic and will do everything in his power to help you win your case. Mark Cochran is not "a" DFW family law attorney, he is "the" DFW family law attorney. No one outside of my family has ever cared more about my children, and he never even met them. He is incredibly smart, blunt, rational, reasonable, and black & white, which is exactly what you need in family court. I am a better parent today because of Mark.
Mr. Cochran helped me out of a very scary situation. He had a reasonable rate & spent a lot of time on my case. Would use again but hoping I don't have to! (Good lawyer, not the most personable)
