Twelve years ago Dr. preformed Moes surgery on my nose. Everyone was amazed with the results. I am so thankful for his expertise, kindness , and care ! Today I was in his office because of need for different facial care! He is the best !!!
staff missed 2 opportunities to let us know they didn't take our insurance. Then billed us anyway. set back cancer treatment and blamed us.
Dr Brigham properly diagnosed my condition. Other doctors failed. He is outstanding in every way. Excellent at communicating.
Dr, Brigham is amazing, but his front office staff is the reason I won't go back. They are petty and vindictive and tried to drag me into their drama. They started messing with me when I reported it to the doctor, so I won't go back. All I wanted was medical care from this top-rated doctor, not stupid games from his staff. I hope he wises up.
This office is the most cohesive doctors office i've ever experienced. I see him for allergies and hearing loss and EVERY SINGLE office personnel has been fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Brigham and his entire staff!
I had several surgeries by Doctor Brigham including deviated septum (nose) and removing tonsils. He not only did a great job with the surgeries, he couldn't have been more pleasant to talk to explaining things thoroughly and answering questions patiently. I highly recommend.
Dr. Brigham is great but his office staff is extremely rude. The check-in window remains closed making it clear staff do not want to interact with patients. When they do they are irritated & impatient. Waited over an hour for our first visit, promised second visit wouldn't require such a wait only to arrive & be told they NEVER promise that. Called for Rx in am., again to check before closed, they very exasperated & rudely said running 1.5 hours late (as if it was my fault) so check after 7!
Surgery and treatment was eactly as Dr. Brigham said it would be. Results, very good. My husband had similar experiences with Dr. B's care.
Dr. Brigham made time for me, for an urgent appointment. He was very nice, competent and reassuring. His staff were all very friendly, and I felt confident in the way he treated my condition.
