My wife and I were looking to redo our estate plan and our tax accountant referred us to Mark Balian, ESQ. We could not have been happier with the results. At our initially meeting, Mark listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish and he and his paralegal took copious notes during the meeting. I hired Mark to represent me in estate litigation over a year ago, as I was a beneficiary on a will. Mark did not assist me in any way to obtain the answers I was looking for. In the emails he did send me, he acted as if he had positive information, but in actuality, he did not have anything. But his long, drawn-out phone calls were charged to me.
