After waiting 8 weeks to get an MRI and calling the office every week to find out they never sent it to the insurance company to get prior authorization.Finally got it done and made an appointment in Saginaw(we live in Mt Pleasant)to see Dr Adam’s only to get an email saying the appointment has been changed to his PA after waiting 2 more months to make sure we seen the Dr. We will see how this goes with the PA this week. Awesome Doctor!
Cancels on his patients that need surgery that have been scheduled for over a month, then cancels again. We will find another doctor. Midland location handicap doors don’t work at mark adams 600 suite on 555 w wackerly rd, midland, mi. Also rude front desk lady’s hang up on you not even using profanity.
He is a great Dr. My surgery was a success!
