Cancels on his patients that need surgery that have been scheduled for over a month, then cancels again. We will find another doctor. Midland location handicap doors don’t work at mark adams 600 suite on 555 w wackerly rd, midland, mi. Also rude front desk lady’s hang up on you not even using profanity.
He is a great Dr. My surgery was a success!
What a joke! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life by this office! Had so many mix ups, and cancellations. Started in April finally in October, we gave up. Gave them many opportunities to make it right. They just couldn't come through. Even tried saying we missed appointments when they canceled! Sad to see so many bad reviews!
