I met you once when you came in to discuss surgery options for my father prior to surgery. You were cold and cocky that’s what I remember.You came out of surgery and said and I quote “everything went well.” My father never woke up and was pronounced dead one month and seven days after you operated on him. Very disappointed with Dr Russo and his team he failed us he did not help my mother at all we lost her due to their negligence
Mark Russo and his staff assured my Grandmother that she would be fine during her TAVR procedure. However she did not survive. Then they turned around and sent her a bill. SMH...
