Mark Rounds is pretentious and impatient, acts like you are not worth his time, does no reading on me as his patient, and if an issue that should be in his wheelhouse even takes slight research or extra time on his part, he is unwilling to do it. After going to him 3 times, I was better off using ChatGPT for 30 minutes.
This was the absolute worst doctor’s appointment I have ever experienced. For context, I’m 51 years old with 3 kids so that’s a lot of appointments for myself and my children in my past 51 years. Dr. Mark Rounds is truly an expert in his field. He fixed my deviated septum and made some cosmetic changes to my nose, all while carefully listening to my concerns and preferences. The results are amazing—my nose looks super natural and elegant! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for a skilled and attentive surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Rounds. He is incredible at what he does!
All other staff at this office were great but the provider Mark F. Rounds did a quick inspection of my throat and ears, then after telling him my concerns he seemed confused and did the same exam once more. He continued to ask me what other symptoms I'd been having and explained that my symptoms described two different ailments and said "we try and make it be just one thing wrong."
