I had a rib that was twisted and out of place, and even though it was painful, he was very kind and considerate, and put it back in, As my friend held my hand. I call it a God thing because it didn't sound like there was any other doctor around that could do what he did, and I am grateful for him. I was told it will take a while for the pain to go away and heal but it is already feeling better so I am thankful that he is the one that I got that day and did not have to go anywhere else

The receptionist, nurses and doctor were all very friendly, caring and helpful. And I was seen in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with Dr. Rosengren. I am a first time mom. We took our 9 day old baby into the walk-in for what we thought was an eye infection. He prescribed an antibiotic ointment to be placed in her eyes 4 times daily. He seemed impatient and short like he just wanted to get out of there. When I asked him if there were any risks associated with giving antibiotics to such a newborn baby, he actually laughed at my question.
