Dr. Marc Ajala has been my favorite OB-GYN at RWH, and I can’t recommend him enough. Throughout my pregnancy, he was incredibly empathetic, compassionate, and respectful at every prenatal appointment. I was terrified to have my third cesarean, but he provided so much reassurance and support that I felt truly cared for. He delivered my third and final boy via cesarean on 2/28/25, and it was by far my easiest and best surgery. I’m so grateful for his expertise and kindness throughout this journey!
Dr. Mahaga-Ajala is the best! I was a little weird at first about having a male OB but he is hands down the kindest, smartest, and most approachable doctor I have ever encountered. His bedside manner and emotional intelligence is through the roof. At all of my appointments he takes the time to make me feel heard, understood, and validated. Absolutely no rushing and he is thorough in his answers to all medical questions. I highly recommend!!!!
I’m afraid I have to give Dr. Ajala a poor review. I had a test done on Friday with the results coming that day. He did not get back to me till Wednesday to say I needed a biopsy. Unacceptable communication skills!
Dr. Mark is an incredible physician, he is so compassionate and caring and I am so thankful to have found him. Tammy and Dana at the front desk were also very sweet and accommodating! They made me feel so comfortable!
He delivered my daughter last year and there aren’t enough word to express my gratitude to him and his team. I had C-section and I’m beyond thankful of his amazing work. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Mahaga.
