Great and professional doctor Mark Robert The first time he saw my diagnosis he show me the professional and always listened all my questions. I had a hysterectomy cirugia with Dr. Ajala, and was a great service. The best doctor.
Seeing Dr Mark Ajala, for the first time, he is such a nice Dr. He made me feel so comfortable. I will continue with him as my ob gyn.

Dr. Marc Ajala has been my favorite OB-GYN at RWH, and I can’t recommend him enough. Throughout my pregnancy, he was incredibly empathetic, compassionate, and respectful at every prenatal appointment. I was terrified to have my third cesarean, but he provided so much reassurance and support that I felt truly cared for. He delivered my third and final boy via cesarean on 2/28/25, and it was by far my easiest and best surgery. I’m so grateful for his expertise and kindness throughout this journey!
Dr. Mahaga-Ajala is the best! I was a little weird at first about having a male OB but he is hands down the kindest, smartest, and most approachable doctor I have ever encountered. His bedside manner and emotional intelligence is through the roof. At all of my appointments he takes the time to make me feel heard, understood, and validated. Absolutely no rushing and he is thorough in his answers to all medical questions. I highly recommend!!!!
