We originally met Dr. Richards at Grapevine at Baylor Scott & White Grapevine after an emergency room admission to the hospital for my husband. What are the things we appreciated ... open communication, thorough explanation of the procedure(s), and taking time to answer questions.
I would never recommend this doctor. Horrible bedside manner. I love and have been going to arrhythmia management for years and love dr Hussain and Deville but smith I would rather drive a hour away to go to another doctor than go to him. If he is on call I will never go to that hospital
