Mark Rankin at Keller Williams went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor. He was with us in every step of the buying and selling as well as great recommendations of contractors for projects in our purchased home. We also had a water leakage issue that was not disclosed by the seller. Mark was able to get them to contribute funds for the needed repairs. If the day comes to move in the future Keller Williams will be our realtor.
Mark Rankin is the best! House was put on the market on Friday, open house on Sunday, offer made on Monday, the rest is history. The whole thing took about 3 weeks. I had a couple things the buyer wanted done, ie, a breaker box needed painting, Mark came over and painted it. Needed some electric outlets changed, he got the guy to do it. Got top.dollar for my house as well. He is a great realtor and a very nice person. I highly recommend Mark Rankin.
