Let me be honest and say I am not the easiest person to deal with. Mark and his staff have been more than gracious in dealing with what is probably their most difficult client. We have a few cases they are taking care of and I have to honestly say they have gone above and beyond dealing with our cases and my tantrums with poise and grace. His firm has grown which demonstrates the professionalism and ability to fight for what is essentially the little guy. Thank you for all you guys do!

Was great in the beginning but now our emails and questions are starting to get ignored. I'm still waiting on a response from 2 emails ago or a response to the follow-up email I sent about a week or 2 later. No response. Case is like 5 or 6 years old and when we try to find out what is going on we get no response or a very generic answer. I don't know what we did wrong other than ask questions about our case but I guess our case just got pushed to the bottom of the pile.
