I went to my appointment at 9am and before I left I ask for my prescription and the lady assured me that she sent it already to the pharmacy. I went to my pharmacy and the still did not receive when I called at 3pm. I called the office back and spoke to a lady and she told me she couldn’t do anything cause the doctor didn’t sign off on the chart yet. But that she would send a message. Most of the reception staff was awesome! Very accommodating, one staff member in particular wasn’t very friendly but the rest of the staff compensated for that. I didn’t see Dr.Palazzolo but I did see Dr.Randy and she was phenomenal! If this office wasn’t over an hour from my house It would be my primary office :)
THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. I had been seeing Sorensen and only him during the course of my pregnancy. I go in for my 40 week ultrasound and unfortunately Sorensen was out out office so I was scheduled to see Palazzo. Since I went over my “due date”, he began to fabricate anything he could “find” wrong with my baby-no baby movement/slow heart rate, meconium, low fluid, and his delivery was truly appalling as his it seem his goal was to get me worked up.
