Dr. Melson and staff took their time to explain my eyelid procedure to me ahead of time. My initial post-op visit to remove remaining stiches and check on my healing process was an extremely smooth visit.
I had upper eyelid repair by Dr. Mark Melson and I am delighted with the results. I have eyelids again, my eyes are naturally wide open, and my vision is improved. When assessed for cataract surgery, Dr. Doherty verified that my droopy eyelids were impacting my vision and referred me to Dr. Melson. Dr. Melson took a mole off of my inner eyelid that I've been putting off for 13+ years. I recently started getting super self conscious after my eye doctor brought it up again. I researched and met with 3 surgeons. I felt most comfortable with Dr. Melson and his staff. It was over in 10 minutes. Not painless as a shot was given in my eyelid but was as smooth as possible. I'm only 2 days out but you can barely tell I had anything done on my eye! I can't recommend him and the staff enough! I wish I'd done it sooner.
I had sagging eyelids for several years that affected my vision. Dr. Melson did an outstanding job of the surgery and I can see so much better. I don't have to tilt my head up to see anymore. His staff were also excellent. Thank you Dr. Mark!
I had a sagging eyelid for over 3 years. It had caused issues with both of my eyes as my left was severely drooped and my right eye was overly open. I had a lot of eye irritation and had trouble getting my contacts in, and keeping them in. Dr. Melson did my surgery on my eyelid on 12/13/24 and I followed all his instructions even taking the Bromelain daily for 2 weeks prior to my surgery.
