I have been seeing Dr Lamb for years he listens and advises with competency and kindness.
Not sure what good a portal is if documents cannot be filled out and placed in it by staff members for clients. Front office staff who I spoke to on the phone was rude.
I called August 22,to book an appointment. I was told by the front desk that there are no appointments available, I also was told that the assistants were all on vacation.I was told go next door .When I went next door to be seen she told me in the future to call your office . Why would I call your office when I will be told there are no appointments available and assistant are on vacation. Why the lack of transparency or professionalism.
