Wherever we live and at any age - a visit of a dentist is a necessary condition of a good health. I am not sure patients are always looking forward for such a visit but living in Ann Arbor, while being longtime patients of the dentist Mark Hanselman, D.D.S., we are lucky: after each visit, our problems and pains are resolved. The Dentist was great very kind and helpful and understanding, horrible experience with my hygienist, very inconsiderate of other health and anxiety issues surrounding dental work, criticized me for asking for Vaseline for my lips (I’m on accutane!!) Would love to keep going back but would not like to see that hygienist again.

I called about an emergency appointment and was rudely told to find an oral surgeon.
Mark and his team of dentists are super friendly, and professional. Been going since I was a kid. Never had any issues. However, the person sitting at the front desk has been quite rude and unprofessional. Her tone is off and comes off as irritated. It has not changed my view of this place whatsoever, but it may for others. I will always continue to come and think positively of the business.
