This office is now under a new management company and has all new staff that are pleasant, efficient and caring. They even answer the phone now! I highly recommend Mark, Molly and his new staff.
Old person (front desk lady) at the desk of this office was rude and disrespectful. I've known Mark Priola for years and never received this type of treatment from his staff...EVER. I gave her my mother and I's new patient form and she didn't even look at it and said "He is no longer taking patients, his panel is closed". Then she handed the new patient paperwork back and said rudely "sorry, go somewhere else" in a sarcastic tone. This review will change if I get a response from Mr. Mark Priola and it's a favorable response.

Dear Ms Priola This appointment in your Prescott office was very pitiful and showed no empathy for me as a patient. Holly from your Prescott Valley office told me to be seen I first had to go to your Prescott office then back to your Prescott Valley office to get tested. We live in Prescott Valley.
