For background, I have purchased 7 automobiles in my life time. And dealt with dealerships multiple times. To purchase a new vehicle it takes me approximately one to two hours. At Mark Porters in Jackson I waited three and a half hours 😫 to complete the preliminary paperwork. That was before I was turned over to the financial office. Today, I was picking up the vehicle and it WAS THE WRONG VEHICLE! Now I must start over if I want the vehicle! Don't know if it is worth my time! Â
