We were met in the lot by Chase today and had the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. He was never aggressive or pushy, and answered all of our questions even the ones that were tough to ask. He was so transparent through the whole process, probably to a fault! He really was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be returning!
Chase Cade gave the worst shopping experience. Before test driving he reassured us we could buy the car today. After coming back from the test drive he acted irritated that we wanted to go through with the purchase today instead of waiting. After starting to get my grandma's information I went to the bathroom and in the few minutes I was gone he guilt tripped her into doing just enough paper work so he would get credit for the sale and coming back later.
