I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. My mother‘s Buick started acting up so we took it to Mark Porter Chevrolet and they said they did a diagnostic test on it and said that they put in a brand new battery and then supposedly it would start working again. Well, it started acting up again, all of the lights coming on the dashboard so we figured something more serious was wrong with it so we ended up taking it to pure country automotive in Grayson where they bought the vehicle. My first maintenance on my 2026 Sierra AT4 EV - everything went pretty well. Software recall discovered and required a 2nd visit to finish the update but the vehicle update is done, the staff took care of me. I'm happy
