I am writing to formally complain about the inadequate representation and unprofessional conduct of attorney Mark Piland. Mr. Piland failed to inform me of a court date, despite receiving notification three months in advance. He only contacted me 24 hours prior to the hearing, at which point I was out of town and unable to attend. His attempt to misrepresent the reason for my absence to the judge resulted in the judge becoming upset and referring the case to mediation. Caring, knowledgeable and consistent
Always helpful, straightforward, and helpful
Not a very kind or helpful lawyer, basically spoke on the phone for a few minutes and he said I won't be able to help you, basically not worth his time. If your looking for an understanding lawyer this is not him hence the 1 star review
My wife and I needed an attorney. We were thinking about going with Mark, and it just so happens I have (3) neighbors who know him on a personal level and had nothing but wonderful things to say so I guess that made the decision easy! Mark has been instrumental in what we needed, and since then, I've asked his help on other matters!
