I want to begin by sincerely thanking the doctor at this facility for their professionalism and quality of care, it was truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the front office experience (in person/ over the phone) was disappointing and does not reflect the same standard. Went to the emergency room and found out kidney stones and I've had 5xrays in 5 weeks and 4 doctors visits and no relief I can't take the pain much longer. Something has to be done soon
