I appreciate that Dr. Palmer always has time to answer any questions and concerns I may have.
I showed up Feb 23 on time for 2:30 apt. Got in to have vitals taken on time , then proceeded to sit in windowless room until 3:30 when nurse came in to say they were running behind. I received approximately 10 emails and texts to remind me, it would have been nice to get a call, text anything to say we’re running late if you would like to come in 30 to 45 minutes later it would have been greatly appreciated.
Everything was fine with the appointment that I had with Dr. Palmer.
I felt talked with and not "at". Thus my nonmedical, lay person mind was able to grasp what I couldn't before.
