LOVE LOVE LOVE DR Priebe. Hate oak street's communication. Wish they had a good patient portal. Update: Oak Street finally got a patient portal. However it goes through the CVS app. Very unreliable app. Had to write the same message four times before it actually took. Also the message the doctor wrote to me never got posted to the CVS MyChart portal like he reported to me. We’ve used MyChart by Epic for other doctors and the app is great. Not so much with the portal connected to the CVS app.
My experience with Dr Priebe was excellent but my experience with your system to call into the office is beyond terrible and the worst experience and totally frustrating. As much as I like Dr Priebe I may have to start looking for another provider. Oakstreet is broken!!!!
