Dr. Orr and his staff were great. He called me ahead of my procedure to discuss my dental anxiety and what I would need. He also called personally to go over my test results. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I truly appreciated how everything was handled.
This man is sadistic. I went in because I had and infected tooth that needed to be extracted. The assistant told me before my procedure 'let us know if you're in any pain, we have plenty of local anesthesia that we can add'. The numbing process was very painful but I handled it pretty well. After the procedure started, I told them multiple times that I was in pain and was ignored. I was literally screaming and crying in pain and the Dr Orr kept saying, 'it's just the sounds that are scaring you'. I assured him this was not t... read more
Literally the worst 5 star experience I have ever had. I wouldn’t recommend oral surgery, especially not fully sedated (whoever answered the phone and made my appointment talked me out of it due to time and cost) but Dr Orr was fast and did a great job, even if I did end up feeling a bit more than “just pressure.” He answered all of my questions thoroughly and even saw me twice after, totally last minute, when I was still more than a bit uncomfortable in the week following. I really liked that he used a “clove plug” for trea... read more
