Friendly and efficient. Old fashioned customer service. The office is very good but then cancelled by GEICO for minor parking lot claim with no payout. If you atre 50+ go with AARP or Progressive. Friends said don't go with GEICO. Customer svc lacking consistency in claim handling. Contacted and spoke to at least 3 claim reps asking same questions.
