We had just sold our house with another company, that we had very bad luck with. We found Mark when buying our new home, and boy are we blessed! He was always available and responded quickly to questions, and when it came time to negotiation with the seller- I would say he’s a pro!

From the very first contact with Mark it was evident that he was a people person with excellent listening skills and patience. His experience in real estate and knowledge of the surrounding area that we were interested in purchasing was invaluable. He also was humble enough to acknowledge when he did not know the answers and often took the initiative to get an answer. Mark demonstrated professionalism consistently even when we as customers had emotional reactions. He empathized but lead with a level head always.

Mark at NextHome at the Lakes was, simply put, fantastic! It was our first home that we purchased through a realtor and I'm certain I asked a lot of stupid questions. Mark was more then patient with us and clearly communicated all of our answers. When we had questions or just wanted an update he was always available. My wife and I stumbled on Mark accidentally. We needed a realtor to show us a house in Winthrop on short notice. He was the only one who answered the phone. We looked at the house and asked if he knew anyone out in St. James to show us a house. Turns out that Mark will willingly travel the state to find his clients a house. Once he gets you in a house, he is very knowledgeable about what is in a house or any renovations you want to make, including pulling out a tape measure to see if plans would work. I found Mark Nibbe through Opcity Reality while I was browsing for homes online. He was able to show me the homes I was interested in quickly. He was able to answer all my questions throughout the buying process and well after my purchase too. Good advice and recommendations from the man. I could easily tell he had alot of experience in the business. Mark is a people person, I really appreciated getting him as my realtor.
