Dr. Nenow, the receptionist and the nurse I saw that day need lessons in bedside manor and respect. They all seemed irritated that I was there. The nurse was asking me questions and before I could even finish my sentence she would interrupt me with another question. I felt completely unheard and so uncomfortable. Extremely rude receptionist to my mother who is going through a traumatic event and she told receptionist her name in a return phone call and the receptionist said “I don’t know you from Adam” and wanted to know the name the employee who left the message, but nothing was left. Horrible behavior for a healthcare representative.
Office staff and Medical Assistant very friendly and professional. Dr Newnow was personable and thorough. He spent time explaining and answering all my questions as well as offering suggestions.
My son has seen Nenow twice and both times have been a complete waste of time and money. A rock has better bedside manner and personality than this doctor. He acts irritated that you’re even there. We were there for ear wax removal which Scott, the NPN has done simply, quickly, and with kindness several times. Nenow reluctantly tried unsuccessfully and left us with the advice to irrigate my young child’s ears with vinegar solution. We were paying him to remove it so we can avoid irrigating his sensitive ears. I’ve never left... read more
