Super nice, straightforward at answering questions! Also update: I feel it is important to share that I had seen like maybe a bunch of other providers to figure out why I was sick and he was the FIRST and only doctor to suggest I get my throat checked for cancer. Nenow is the reason I am still alive lol.
A great doctor thorough and empathetic.
Dr. Nenow, the receptionist and the nurse I saw that day need lessons in bedside manor and respect. They all seemed irritated that I was there. The nurse was asking me questions and before I could even finish my sentence she would interrupt me with another question. I felt completely unheard and so uncomfortable. She then started being outwardly angry toward me. The complete mean girl experience. Extremely rude receptionist to my mother who is going through a traumatic event and she told receptionist her name in a return phone call and the receptionist said “I don’t know you from Adam” and wanted to know the name the employee who left the message, but nothing was left. Horrible behavior for a healthcare representative.
Office staff and Medical Assistant very friendly and professional. Dr Newnow was personable and thorough. He spent time explaining and answering all my questions as well as offering suggestions.
