My son has seen Nenow twice and both times have been a complete waste of time and money. A rock has better bedside manner and personality than this doctor. He acts irritated that you’re even there. We were there for ear wax removal which Scott, the NPN has done simply, quickly, and with kindness several times. Nenow reluctantly tried unsuccessfully and left us with the advice to irrigate my young child’s ears with vinegar solution. This appointment that I had with Dr. Nenow Was very strange, very uncomfortable. I actually just got up and walked out because I didn’t know what else to do. I definitely have issues with my deviated septum my ears my sinuses, and he told me that it was the pressures of life getting to me, which I thought was very strange. I’ve been dealing with this for a very long time and the pain is awful and for someone to tell me that the pressures of life are getting to my ears, and my sinuses was very strange to me.
Acted really snobby. Acted like I should know what is going on. Couldn't even get a hold of the office I had to drive in to make the appt. I would give no stars if available. Save yourself the month wait and the hassle and just drive to Morgantown or Columbus.
