From the first consultation, Mark's level of care was second to none, he went out of his way to explain the process of choosing the ring, then to find the right natural diamond and kept me updated every step of the way. Needless to say my fiancé is over the moon with her engagement ring.
Mark has done such a lovely job, creating a beautiful new ring, to replace the one my mum had lost. Mark listened to what my mum was looking for, giving her a few options before deciding on the preferred design. He also noticed that the insurance papers hadn’t correctly sized the stones (they had under-sized) so we are very grateful for his attention to detail. Mark made the whole process very easy and stress free. Highly recommended.
