I was getting billed by my health care insurance for home infusions. I called Mark and immediately told me they were billing my prescription plan and not my medical plan. After talking with Mark and getting reassured that it wasn’t me that was the cause of a $6,000 bill from the health plan but they were billing the wrong portion of my plan. I was able to get them to listen about the billing issue and the insurance finally started the proper billing and I can now get the needed infusions again.
