My child was referred to Dr. Mount by his PCP. I drove 1.5 hours to get to the appointment, not even in the room with the doctor for 5 minutes before he tells me I need to go elsewhere for my sons issues and walks out of the room. I have never been treated so terribly by a medical “professional” before until now. I would never recommend anyone going to him. Zero empathy, zero compassion and if he’s half the person as he is a doctor, then he’s terrible.
Dr. Mount is an AMAZING doctor! I have seen him as a patient and so has my daughter and son. My son is 10 and seen him for a nose bleed and he was very patient and took his time telling both of us exactly what he was doing. I was having issues with acid reflux and he scoped me that day in office to reassure me everything looked good and there was no issues.
