I genuinely cannot say enough great things about Mark Morris and his team. We started working with them last fall on building a house in their new Southwest Village subdivision. They carefully listened to every idea we had, worked to keep us in budget and were so flexible with any changes we had. We actually ended up loving a house so much that they had already started on that we decided to purchase it. Randy and Beth are both amazing and so helpful. We bought our house from Mark Morris Construction in 2021 and have been very happy with it. Even though we're technically out of warranty, a recent storm caused some leaking, and Mark came out the very next day to take care of it—no questions asked. That kind of dedication and responsiveness is rare these days. Mark truly stands behind his work, and it shows. In our opinion, he's the best builder in Jonesboro. Highly recommend!
Horrible subcontractors and not willing to take care of issues. Also, did not honor price of subcontractors. Very low quality.
