This doc took the time to see my daughter in the hospital when no other Sanford neurosurgeons would answer pagers or texts on the weekend. Within 5 min of evaluation he had a nurse set up an immediate OR time. He did a shunt revision which gave nearly immediate relief for a massive headache of 11 days. Dr. Monasky treated my daughter in Sept 2017 for a skull fracture. He was very personable and caring towards my daughter, as well as my husband and me. I really appreciated that he was willing to take as much time as necessary to make sure we were comfortable with her diagnosis and treatment.
