Regina is so very helpful. She even stayed late to get my vehicle insured. I highly recommend giving her a call.
We moved to AL just over 2 years ago, and based on a recommendation from our family who already lives here, we went to Mark Mitchell State Farm Agency for our builder's risk/homeowner's insurance. We have worked with Regina Payne the whole time, and she is awesome! She's kept us in the loop through our house build, and been quick to answer questions and return calls. It's so nice to have an agent that you don't dread dealing with...and in this case, I actually look forward to talking with her.
I recently had to change insurance companies due to State Farm’s higher prices, but I did have a good experience with them while I was insured with them. My brother committed suicide in July of last year, and they sent me a letter giving their condolences and everyone signed it. I was definitely shocked when I received the letter, and I have no idea how they found out, but it was very thoughtful of them and I’ll always respect them for that.
