I went to the Mark Miller Midtown over the holidays to have my standard oil service and to get my brakes throughly checked after having to have the front ones emergency replaced after being installed incorrectly at a Subaru dealership in CA. I told them what had happened and asked for a thorough inspection of both the front and back. They not only failed to notice that the brake pads were installed upside down, they incorrectly assessed that the other rotors should be refinished instead of fully replaced (the back rotors and... read more
Chandler and Brittany were incredible and sat with me for hours trying to help me find a vehicle best suited for my situation. Their customer service, point of contact, and overall assistance is the best I've found. I'd definitely recommend Mark Miller Subaru Midtown and especially recommend Chandler and Brittany!
Not as good as they used to be. I’ve bought multiple cars from them and referred many friends, but I will no longer be shopping at Mark Miller
Great experience with service and advisor Steven Voss. I appreciated the thorough details on what had been checked. I had tires balanced and rotated due to vibration and one was in fact out of sync as communicated to me. The info gives me confidence the work was done correctly.
Do not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of, Regardless of whatever Low pressure/no commission environment that they BS you
