I payed for work to get done and I’m betting they just let my car sit for 7 hours before I picked it up. Don’t take your car here. I thought they would be really good because I got my car from them and I was wrong
I don't know what the point of making an appointment is here. My car wasn't even looked at until two hours after my appointment time, and the inspection took another hour, so work didn't start on my vehicle until three hours after my appointment. Caden who work at parts, gave me the correct parts. No attitude just great service
These days it’s hard to find good customer service. Everyone gets annoyed and rush you, well not today. This morning I called the parts department at Subaru midtown and spoke with Caden. Not only did Caden help me with the parts I needed, he also helped my family by making sure they received the correct parts. Hope Subaru can see that’s he’s a great asset to their company.
