Called the parts department because I needed some info. They were the only dealership in the area that was willing to give me the info I needed in order to work on a vehicle myself. They knew this and they still provided everything I asked for as well as things they felt I would need or could be helpful to me. They were the only dealerships parts department in this area that openly and willingly assisted me above and beyond in what I've asked of them. If I need to, this is the dealership I'm taking a vehicle to.

Liars with a fraud director accuse customers of complaining to get their money back... I asked them to have a comprehensive examination of all exhaust parts and they took my money and they did not give me a real report on the exhaust parts.

Mark, Miller Toyota and their service department are the most unethical unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with. They do not honor what their actual prices are and show their prices are they don’t care to update them either.
