Great office staff, everyone is so welcoming.
I had been under Dr Michaels care for several years. I called today because I had a bad asthma attack last night. The nurse calls me back and says come in right away. While driving there the nurse calls me back and says Dr Michaels does not want to see me because it had been a year since I had been seen. Really? I'm having a problem and he is refusing to see me because I haven't been seen him for a year? Doesn't sound very caring or compassionate to me. I'm not going back.
