I am based outside of Brisbane, and Mark and his team did a thorough pre-purchase inspection for me. They were friendly, quick and gave a detailed report on the car. Fully recommend, would use again. Couldn't be happier with Mark's honesty and work completed. :)
Never found it so easy, to be so loyal
Unfortunately, I agree with the multitude of dissatisfied customers. My son left his car with Mark McCarthy Automotive to assess replacement of the alternator. The quote came back along with a list of recommended repairs/replacements which almost equalled the value of his nine year old car. I didn't question the mechanic's report but the woman I spoke to was not in the mood to show empathy that day nor was she in the mood to explain that these things could be done over time.
