Mark May was very patient and informative walking us though our qoute and answering all of our questions. He was not one to pressure us into purchasing a policy. He made sure we were comfortable with the policy. Overall we are very satisfied working with Mark and would highly recommend him.
Mark has been a big help during the process of a major house claim even tho he isn't my actual agent. He is in Derby, Ks which is closer to my house so he has been helping me email my loss and stolen lists to the adjuster. I really appreciate him and all he has done for us so if you need a good insurance agent, look him up. He is a wonderful person and would be a good agent!
