Great service and caring employees!
Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved cocker spaniel. Dr. Kindermann came in on her day off to help support us and spent ample time with us, giving us all possible treatment plans along with the pricing and probability that our pup would return to normal. She was so patient with us. Lucy's prognosis was very grim and treatment would mean prolonged suffering and a trip to Madison that was still likely to result in saying goodbye to her.
