Mathew and Mason were more than knowledgeable about chainsaws and quick to help with answers to any questions I had. They give proper information on maintenence and when it should be serviced.
Love going to the mower shop! M&M help me with any problem I have, and If my part is not in stock, I'll get it soon.
Worst customer service I've seen. Bought a starter and the guy behind the counter sold me the wrong part now the manager refuseds to return it. I even took the old one with me and he still sold me the wrong one. Unless your a better mechanic then they have working at this establishment I would think twice before trusting them. It was their mistake and they refused to make it right. Won't be going back and will make sure I spread the word.
