I did not see Dr. Radziewicz at his office, but he was my Dr. at LVHN Hazleton during my Covid treatment. I found Dr. Radziewicz highly knowledgeable, competent, compassionate, communicative about treatment and results, and a team player with the staff and infectious disease Drs in Allentown. Having Covid is scary and Dr. Radziewicz did a superb job of handling the fear with his understanding nature and his skill as a Dr (one quite familiar with Covid).
He is been my primary doctor for more than a year but I got sick asked the staff to make an appointment with doctor mark instead of doctor I was seen by nurse who was so scared to come near me you might have treat you like. Why you are in this profession??? Finally other nurse came to do swab test and rest came negative. She said take over the counter acetomaphine medicines and cough drops. Doctor did not come to visit. 3 times I called this office in the last few weeks with no avail. No one has refilled my blood pressure medicine. This time I was put on hold for over 20 mins, which I was told a nurse would talk to me because the receptionist couldn't read or understand the computer entry, whether or not my medicine was called in or not to my insurance company. My insurance company said it wasn't. Guess what, no human picked up, but sent me to the same recording for refills to leave a voice mail, that I left my info on 2 weeks ago. Dr. Radz... read more
Dr. Mark is by far the best doctor in town. He is extremely thorough, listens to his patients and the wait times are ver short. Staff is great, very organized. I now have all of my family going to him and he has detected and properly treated issues that were completely missed by the large provider in town. I just cant say enough about him.
