I like Dr. Lewis and have confidence in him. However, getting to him is another story. Nearly impossible to get a direct connection to his office. It would be customer friendly to have a direct phone contact to his office and not have to go through the liaisons to get to him.

I feel fortunate to have the care of Dr. Lewis, his nurse Cristina and the staff at Village Medical. I needed to get in on short notice and they were able to accommodate me. Dr Lewis works hard to take care of his patients and does a great job. I would recommend Village Medical to anyone who is looking for top quality medical care. The only downside is they should have a direct phone number so that you can contact them. Going thru a central switchboard is a waste of time.

Virtual appointment was easy and timely. Opportunity to ask questions was very helpful. I did not feel rushed and Dr. Lewis was very accommodating.
